Service may be a bit slow, however they do a great job! I had about 15 packages to post today using my own stamps and the man who served me was extremley patient and took his time checking that I had stamped everything up correctly. Really happy! And very suprised that there are so many negative reviews.

Very poor service. rude and slow. Avoid this post office if you can. Women would not go and look for my Local collect item, just kept saying it had not arrived. In the end had to insist she get off her chair and look for the item. She then found it straight away. Very lazy and unhelpful attitude. Saturday opening hours on google and post office website are incorrect. They actually close at lunch time. I pointed this out but the women just smirked! Avoid this post office if you can.
The most miserable staff Ive ever come across! I believe they are a couple. They never smile, are INSANELY slow! They never answer the phone! They are not polite. I hate going in there because of them. Im surprised with all the bad reviews that they are still in business.
I came out of here wondering what has happened to customer service in this country. Absolutely shocked by the rude attitude of one of the counter staff. A please and thank you wouldn't go amiss. Although it's convenient for work, I will not be using this post office again.
