FAKE REVIEWS! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! LANDLORDS AVOID! And tenants good luck youre going to need it! This business gets away with playing landlords and tenants against each other without either party knowing! This company is shocking I dont understand how they can fool landlords into claiming they are providing them specially selected tenants yet leaving them out of rent for months and months because a perfectly good tenant doesnt reach their fake make up as you go along standards!! Ive known landlords out of rent for months with this company!! Turning down perfectly good tenants working full time with clear credit, previously rented, nothing wrong at all, just needing a guarantor (for no reason whatsoever which is completely not allowed) or paying the rent months in advance (again with no valid reason why following clear references) to then decline anyway! Will never use such a vile company! The landlord has no idea! Staff are at least friendly, but you must be when the service youre offering is that deciveing soemthing has to make up for it! I have been renting my properties for over 20 years and never experienced something so unrealistic and false. Despicable behaviour, sly and time wasters, please take your properties elsewhere landlords unless you want to be out of pocket for months to even years!!
Thanks to the team at Fairway lettings who have been very helpful and professional in finding me a tenant. They have been clear with communication throughout the process and have dealt with my queries promptly and politely as well as being honest and frank when needed. I would recommend them and will probably use them again should I wish to let any further properties in the future.
