Overpriced, unhelpful and faulty goods sold. When you go back, sales assistant has a dog that jumps all over you and just says Can't do anything for you. I ended up going across the road to the vape shop there and was helped even though I hadn't bought the vape from them. Never going back!
The customer service was excellent. The lady whom looked after myself and my wife was lovely..she took her time to explain the vape cigarette to us and made us very welcome. Thank you. Mr and Mrs Smith.
Highly recommend Vape HQ. Great service and loads of choice. The flavours of the oils are superb. Staff are friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Been vaping for about a year now on mechanical mod with RDA and the service is incredible! They fitted a pair of fancy coils and blowing clouds, I thought this shop was for smoke quitters, how wrong I was! I will be back for more
