Awful . I ordered some wellies at the begining of December in time for Christmas . The 20th comes around still no wellies but an email to say they will be with me before Christmas. Then another email the day after to say no they won't . No help no compensation a very flimsy thank you . And I've still not recieved a refund . Absoloutley disgusting customer service and overall a very very disappointing on going problem .
