Waited 5 months for a bed to be delivered, paid 100 for assembly but when the delivery arrived no assembly instructions had been given. Total incompetence.

Love the items. Customer service sorted out an error I made very quickly. Items packaged well, quick delivery. Good quality. Will use them again! Only wish I lived closer to visit the shop.
Nice stuff, however, there seem to be issues regarding quality control and customer service. Ordered something as a gift for Christmas, packageing seemed to be fine and undamaged. However, after opening the gift, a quite relevant part was damaged. Customer service was very friendly, and promised replacement. Half a year later, I've got a quite long conversation in my inbox, but no replacement. Lot of excuses, only response after inquiry, no information about the course of the matter as originally promised. Therefore: If you are not on site to check for damages, I'd be carful with ordering online...Edit: Received an replacement for rhe damaged Part. Lots of hassle, though, therefore only three Stars for me...
